Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any related field

Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
  • Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Assist with procurement, quotations, and purchase orders related to projects
  • Handle correspondence with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
  • Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
  • Assist in cost control, budgeting, and value engineering
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on cost-related matters
  • Support the Quantity Surveyor in day-to-day project operations
QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Preferably with more than 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Computer literate and proficient with relevant software.
  • Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong in paperwork management and tidy, accurate in data and documentation presentation.
  • Strong leadership and good team coordination skills.
  • Good negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • ΩAble to perform accurate take – offs, manage project issues, handle sub-contractor progress, claims and monitor project costs.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is added advantage.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER / SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent)
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of social media content trends.
  • Able to develop creative visual content including posters, banners, social media graphics, videos, and marketing materials.
  • Able to create and edit short videos for social media platforms (FB, IG & TikTok).
  • Able to work with the management and operation team to execute ideas.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs

SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Green Book certification issued by the Malaysian
  • Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in a construction industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian OSH regulations, including OSHA 1994
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to promote a culture of safety
  • Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prepare clear and accurate safety reports
  • Able to communicate in Chinese is preferred

Job Description

  • Oversee, plan, organize, coordinate, administer and direct all aspects of HSE
  • Ensure that safety standards are maintained continually seek ways to improve safety standards. Establish and ensure implantation of best safety practices
  • Advise Management on all matters pertaining to safety and health including compliances with Legislation’s on safety and health
  • Provide information, technical assistance and interpretations of OSHA and company’s OHSE standard for the employee’s and sub-contractor
  • Perform regular safety inspection to various hazards and take necessary precautions measures to conduct safety briefing and trainings
  • Implement safety policies and procedures at sites and ensure compliances
  • Coordinate and liaise with relevant authorities such as DOSH, DOE and Health Department
  • Responsible on daily site activity and reporting to the immediate superior
  • Maintain relevant safety reports, records and certificates required under the Act
  • Investigate and report all reportable accidents :internally to relevant persons, and externally to the relevant authorities
  • Ensure all the highlight issue by the main contractor is all in order and must be rectify before the due date as given

  • To maintain proper records for all material used on sites
  • To cooperate with the site manager, carry out dynamic management of site storage solutions, schedules, guarantee quality and complete work tasks on time
  • To ensure proper filing and safekeeping of inventory records
  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related studies
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Creative, versatile, meticulous and have an eye for details
  • An open mind, positive attitude and self-motivated
  • A team player who is able to meet tight deadlines, work independently and under pressure
